How Sign PDF works

1.Upload one PDF (up to 50 MB).
2.Draw a signature on the pad, or type your name and use the typed signature.
3.Choose the page and position, process, and download the signed PDF.

Privacy

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server, never stored by PDFNova, and never shared with anyone. Closing the tab discards them. The only exception is if a future tool is explicitly labelled as server-processed — this tool is not one of those.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a legally certified digital signature?

No. It embeds a signature image. Certified/qualified electronic signatures need a trust provider and are not offered here.

Can I sign multiple pages?

One page per run. Run the tool again on the signed result to sign another page.
